Jolt- zig zag of color against the stormy blues, and the radiance of the sunflower, sun, storm, lightning. Storm here too last night, unusual in that lightning zig zagged all over but the thunder took a long time in coming and then did so the same time as the heavy rain fell. Strength in this design that tells me a story of storm night in the desert sky of the southwest.Marti

atta girl!in each piece i make i am solving a problem. my friend asked me onetime as i sat with a tapestry in my lap why id use a color/shape i hate. hes a painter. i couldnt believe he didnt know that to get someplace you have to solve design problems. you have to see where the ugly color takes you. same idea here. if you ask a question, then push it further. i am a fan of mistakes.
