have a thing about just adding something that "looks good" but is not "about" the cloth….
so…can't let it go for the night.
holding it, it FEELS very good…the butterfly now and the light odd piece. it feels very balanced.
but
and so…i think…what is missing from the story…the sun light…?

a piece of glennis' silk is pinned.
now, can go to sleep. i need to be up at 3:30.

i actually love the difference in photos ar different times of day. well you know how i like to paint with dolce silk… but what i like here also is how the shape of the moth is mimicked in this slice of sunlight. and the sudden wash of color.

sometimes when you study a foreign language, you study and study. you make progress but it doesnt all come together right away. then after studying a long time, something breaks and you are free… you can speak the language, communicate on a new level…
