to weave….inspired by everyones work.  it started as a thought for the bottom of the lightning cloth,  the space of the nine patch  above the toad eggs.    kept trying to find how it might work there, but it just didn't want to.  too much comotion.  so i just took it completely away,  and looked at it as a cloth of its own but then kept looking at those orbs of Deb Lacativa's………set the woven under it and

ahhhhhh

yes.

Your name for this cloth is the lightening cloth…. my name for it is the eclipse cloth, those orbs are glowing like suns beaming out from behind – beautiful!

well i read these last few posts all at once and could virtually feel all the negative ions released and re-distributed by the lightning.

those bursts are brilliant! in so many ways! when i saw the photo i thought you’d added lighting effects to your photo- thought- how did she get the light to do that?!? but it’s the cloth & what you’ve done with it- amazing. i’m sure i’d be warmer if i could stand next to it. (and not just because you’re in new mexico & i’m in drippy gray seattle)

I wish I knew how you can take random scraps of cloth, weave it together, and get soooo much energy out of the results. LOVE Debs orbs also. Your cloth is going to be amazing.

I love how you captured not just the idea of lightening, but the visual zap of it, as well. It contains movement, as so many of your pieces do.

    o. love looking at this here. I recently took down that Magic Diaries Cloth that this is part of. It was slogged full of a few
years of desert dust hanging in the West Window. Because you take me back to this, i will hang it out on the clothes line tomorrow.
Leave it for Wind to blow free. Bring it back in and look at this
    part of it.
THANK YOU, Toni. Thank you for this
