a SUNday, halfway through september

and now.   back to Magic Diaries cloth.    having been away for a little while has given me new view and a lot of energy to begin again001

am beginning here 002

and as i began this morning, i realized that things have changed with that last cloth for Wendy.  i don't know What, as in able to formulate a thought,  but my energy has changed.  the way i approach the cloth, thread the needle, start with just invisible baste down the side of the "lightning"……

maybe there is just kind of a new empty space in me.     ?      like no preconception.   just beginning someplace.   i really really like the feeling. 

am getting an urge to dump all the scraps in a big pile in the center.  i wonder if i will.

    the little pics on the weather week thingy indicate
    SUN all week. the first time in a long time of enough
    heat to make a pot. i will put all kinds of cloth in
    for you. for your new work of fossils….hopefully one
    will be the cloth you use???? well, will go forward
    anyway.

    it’s a oh so small piece of a HUGE yardage (thrift shop
    again) that i tea dyed.
    for me, it’s amphibian eggs. here, toad. and to me
    that would spell love, actually,……….

    door is always open.
    in summer, warm times…through november, really, there
    is only the screen door.
    then in winter, the other door, with the dog door in it,
    but
    it’s never locked. it can’t be….long story.
    so…if you ever just get that wild hair or hare, i never
    know which, but either one,
    door is always open. make yourself at home.
    Dogs: black and white normal one is Chinche. then,
    Tulip, Lily and Ramon. Cat is Tazmeena.
    they would be thrilled by company. i am the only one and
    now, i yell everyday at 5 pm.

    i read everything and the one thing that stood out the most was .. i am here just one and now yell everyday at 5pm .. this made me laugh. Maybe yelling at five pm has its designated purpose but I just like the idea .. a spilling of all things that need yelling about perhaps but thrilling none the less. I won’t be able to stop thinking about that picture in my head. Looks at clock .. oh it’s 5pm .. time to yell. Does it happen regardless of what are where you are at this time? My mind is rolling …….ha! 🙂

    it’s the innovation of Cindy, Handstories and her son.
    this designated time for expressing yourself. i really
    thought it was just the best plan. even if you feel
    crabby or whiney all day, you wait till 5p. then. i
    can’t imagine how great that would work in a family with
    youngish kids. everybody gets to yell. and then
    my guess is that the evening feel much lighter for it.
    i have to admit, sometimes i don’t. like yesterday, at
    the Farmer’s Market, i yelled only internally. but really,
    even just the thought of being “time” to yell seems to
    be enough??????

    ha .. yes I think your right … perhaps it will be something I will pass on to my daughter .. i just know that her daughters would love it!!!! I will not be able to forget it now .. hahah

    well, Tammy, it worked for about 3 days, then all hell broke loose again. now we’re in a calm, hopefully not before a storm! so, at the designated time i am screaming alone, not so alone other parts of the day. sigh. i posted about it five days ago if you want more background-good luck to your daughter.
