So many beautiful details, you’ve convinced me about the drawing nature of kantha stitch.

Wow one really gets a good perspective of how BIG this cloth really is when you took the picture from the whole room. I love that rug!

grace, to see you act on some of the things i have said, but filtered through your own heart. it makes me understand growth, the freshness of that. the stitching is always elusive, photos just cannot catch the ripple , not the depth of it.

this is the first time i’ve tried it this way and i
love what has appeared. am SO excited about going
further with it. that probably won’t happen in this
cloth, but others down the road.
thanks for liking it……..

everything here is what i have learned in the one day
short of 2 years of looking at Spirit Cloth, taking the
classes, listening, watching, trying. my heart had
found it’s true Place in the world of Making. i feel
unbelievably Lucky. it was a fluke.
(don’t you love that word? fluke)

for some reason, i can’t post this on magic, so i will post it here on your magic….
jude your cloth has been through many changes…and still evolving even after half a year of working on it…incredible…like grace’s, her’s takes on new directions too….mine feels like the tortoise to your hare’s. no i am not unhappy with mine, just observing the different pace.
i must get pix taken, have found something ‘new’ to work on….
