Can you see her hair?

the couple strands that are a little darker….that’s stitched
twice so far. i’m guessing it will end up being 4 stitchings (of
single strand of floss) till it’s dark enough, weighty enough.
and i need to figure out a way to emphasize her throat and neck
more. they are important.LikeLike

Yes I see it…looking out at me down in the lower right corner and I can’t wait to see the lizards and birds and whatever else strikes your fancy when I return in two weeks.

Her hair seems just the right place for your lizards & birds. I like how it flows.
“whatever else strikes your fancy”… a phrase I’ve often used, learned it from my mom 🙂 Love to hear you say that Michelle 🙂LikeLike

I leave Thursday at 2PM…and as I write this before shutting down, it’s already Thursday and I woke up at 3AM for one final look-see before disconnecting. My vacation responder is already answering email as “unavailable to respond till 8.24, and the bag is packed with Indigo, my unfinished rectangle Boro project, needles and threads, clothes and a book. The fridge has the food ready to drop into a second bag for the trip, keyholders and plant waterers have been provided with numbers where to reach me if they need to, and my last blog posts are scheduled to drop in at 8AM, and 8:01AM but I know I’m gonna miss you something fierce. Fare thee well, and let the fancy fly!
