where on earth is this RAIN coming from?

ok.  so, giving in to making a fence inside the fence.  around the 3 Leaf Sumac,  the ever hopeful Russian Olive and Native Olive,  one remining clump of Giant Sacaton,  and some, it's hard to tell, other native grasses.  for sure Side Oat Gramma and Buffalo Grass.  Floundering grandson is here for 4 days to connect with his nephew.  we work.  rain or shine.  he pounds in the Tposts, drags those very large and heavy cottonwood rounds over to where there is the beginning of a collection of stuff for the envisioned goat structure.   and i have managed to stitch only this.

The all-seeing eye! Sounds like a hive of industry at your place Grace, so much going on, and family visiting.
Rain…we’ve had heaps of it this weeks too. Everything is so soggy! The seasons are changing…stay dry!

I love the shade of blue that the eye rests on. There seems to be a meaning to only an eye becoming right now. Mmmm…
We’re hot here. (should I say Duh, of course? This is getting quite redundant!) And we’re heating up, today, tomorrow…
    106 for tomorrow they say!

I love them: the pictures are great ! And your news are as bzzzzzz as ever….On the East side of the country heat still prevails…surprising! This Mindbody burns with impatience, yearning for creativity beyond the commitments…Thanks for providing “a home of connections” out there… (what a great book!) Your Eye sees! e.

It is, however, a beautiful, eye.. eye, eye, captain… did you put a mast on the picnic table yet in case you need more than one raft if it keeps on raining?

Eye love your eye, all your eyes and your I too. Mud pies indeed! Sigh…rain or shine the critters require care, even a stumbling grandson is a help. Let the sun shine soon I cry to the powers of weather…Here, blessed cool nights and warm days. They renew me and sleeping is heavenly. That package should arrive any minute now sending tangeable delight I hope.

i am so much a keep going person. it’s easier for me to
see that when other people are around. when it’s just me,
    i don’t notice.
    soggy. yes.

I think you have our rain… Planning on covering the chicken coop this winter, otherwise it looks like that top picture when I run out of straw. Not good.
