   Oh Grace. Is this one of your dolls? I kept meaning to ask you if you had any left or pictures of any. She is so wonderful. And a lot more makes sense to me seeing her. Where you’ve been and where you are. Love seeing these together here.

   so stunned to see this. the figure. the gesture–face, arms, hands–and next to the cloth. i have no idea–at all–why this strikes me as so almost overwhelmingly powerful.

   I see another woman on the right..long blond hair; Picasso-ish face; bare shouldered and a dark eye; head tipped back slightly; in a dusky rose dress.
