i don't even know what i did with the early morning.  but then worked away.  came home to hang clothes on the line,  see to Goat Water,  bring in wood, take clothes down from the line,  talk on phone to granddaughter and then

cruise through Picasa.  i have no, as in NO record of where pics are.  just have to go backwards to find ones i remember.

i was looking back through the pics to find those of Buckwheat,   who, we remember is now herd sire at  Deadbroke Ranch in Las Cruces.   this paper came today in the mail.  it's been a long process.  i have been devious.

i wish i could tell what there is to tell about Daughter/HER Goats…but i can't.  it's her story and it wouldn't be right of me.  but still,  i had to do SOMETHING.  Buckwheat was never registered and so none of his offspring can be either.   that was two fold.  for Deadbroke, an issue and also for this herd here.  i deliberately bred Buckwheat so i could keep a buckling of his for my daughter.  Buckwheat was the result of a very purposeFULL breeding on her part.  and to just have it go to Nothing …. well, i couldn't.  and so,  i have Nogal.  Buckwheat's son.  She can have him,  or,  breed him before she takes the Goats back and have a third generation.  either way.

BUT  what happened today is that i got a PIN number in the mail from the American Dairy Goat Assoc.  this pin number is necessary to register goats.  i got it by forging her signature.  that's the devious part.  i told her i was going to do it.  so…not too devious,  but…nonetheless.

so in the next few days i can register Buckwheat…..THEN,  his son, Nogal, and the two doelings Celia and Karma.  Registering them is important if they are sold or even if kids of theirs are sold and the buyers have serious herds.   not registering them is a dis service to them.

SO, today i am proud of myself.  i was very anxious about doing all this.  but i did it.  if any of you out there need a friend who will do whatever needs doing,  that will be me.  i'm good at that.  good at Just Going.  just ask.

My attorney/husband has told me that you can sign for someone with their permission. As long as you are not doing it fraudulently, it should be okay. I DO need a friend who will do what needs doing… Guess I got one now. Good.

I forge Himself’s signature so much that if ever went to the bank and signed the back of one of his checks, they would arrest him for fraud.
You should sit in the Janet chairs while you’re doing this!

I often act as ‘him’ on the phone on his accounts. I have his permission and know all the answers to the questions and usually the folks on the other end are too embarrassed to question why this man sounds like a woman! I knew a man once who sounded very woman-like on the phone. it’s where I got the idea! ha
