we went on to Magdalena. at Stella's Rock Shop i got this. almost for Nothing. He liked us.

It is so good to see this place of quiet glory, of sight and sound and as Michelle wrote, of many textures: For me, the green of the trees holds me as does the gnarly alligator juniper, the etchings on the rocks, 4th photo, near the left, an outline of a woman and quite fitting too as two women explore this place that you hold so dear; the crunch of the leaves on the ground, (did you gather some for bundles?) the roundness of the rock formation arching over Terri, the “roundness” of your newly discovered “butt” ! as you walk further into the land which if you go back to the previous day’s post, 4th photo of you bending over the goats proves that your “butt” is no illusion…a grand day, this trip to Water Canyon. Thanks for taking us along.

Oh how beautiful. Beautiful day, beautiful place, it feeds my heart just to look at the pictures. That’s an excellent rock. Nice quartz crystals in it and something else. It looks like things granite is made of, wrought large. You can look and look. Thanks for sharing your day. I want to feel the breeze and smell the green.
