i can't think of a title.
a long day away that wasn't supposed to be. But that's really ok because i have been preoccupied by this web anyway,
i keep looking at it. There are three layers. It's Extravagant. I touched it lightly with a blade of grass, hoping the spider would come out but not. I'll try again late evening.

it is. and i don’t know exactly what i think. i am fascinated

there was a similar web on the porch where we stayed last week. 3 dimensional. the resident spider was very small. i studied it for a long time and the idea of what it represented was always right the tip of my tongue but never surfaced. a hologram perhaps. i took pictures. i know i did. but just now when i looked for them–nada. not to be found. strange.
i love the empty holes on this one. maybe that’s where the story lies?

well…i wish you had the words i can’t fine. and the
holes. I’ll see if i can take a close up of that large
one. This spider isn’t small, i’m pretty sure it’s one
of the brown wood pile spiders. the hole that’s at the
top, maybe almost 1:00 is her living space doorway…
