Supposed to be a day of
Whatever

but first thing,  the Old Cowboy NEEDS help interpreting his bank statement. EEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeee I say, but go.  Got it worked out pretty quick enough.

Best Nurse Cindy calls from rehab and they are sending her home on next Tuesday.  After i hang up i find self Wondering…does your skull grow back together after they cut it to let the blood out?   Never thought about this before.

And there were more things, but it's Late and i can't remember now…OH!,  that it was Warm enough to just have the screen door open today but………..Tay seems to have grown since last Fall.  She wasn't feeling ok about coming in the hole cut in it.  So,  i sawed another inch for her,  it's wood, and she tested it and found it possible.  She's GROWN,  in these winter months!

and i finally was able to go back through the last few days of comments here.  How really Good that felt!  Yes.  really really Good.   I always read them as they come,  but times like this,  don't immediately reply.  Now i have.  re-read,  Replied.  Feels really goood.

7 Goats and 7 Crows $75

it's finished and in the Shop.  7 Goats and 7 Crows.  And i stitched it with the Invisible "baste", Jude Hill, Spirit Cloth,  but invisible baste to me being Invisible Stitch.  There is DIMENSION.   with

each invisible stitch,  i gave just a so small amount of Tension,  and the result is, a certain very slight dimension which i LOVE.  Again.  Don't know if this is kosher in the Stitching World,  but i DO know that i like it very much….it becomes REAL to me.  And again,  the "meadow" of the Goats is cloth that is from Deb Lacativa as is the "moon".  Her work makes mine possible.

Here we are.  Transmigration.  I am excited to begin.  Looking….wondering…What If i left it on the hoop?  What if i put some harem cloth in the middle and What If i tried to maintain all these oh so beautiful Movements of the cloth?  First by the Invisible Baste and then,  what If i did some stitches in the valleys of it to maintain the sense of uh,  Density?  I want to Try it.  I have no idea.  But it seems to be Right…as how it might be,  when we at very first,  Let Go and begin to Fly Free…it might feel like this?????   Who knows,  but i like the thought,  the feeling……

Here, again,  the "Ground" is Deb Lacativa.  Oh how i love her cloths

I like this … the re-reading of posts and comments and replies … I’m so spontaneous (some would say rash) and just answer off the cuff (like now), but Don listens and considers and then gives a thought-full answer … yin and yang … it takes both I suppose
And I do love seven goats and seven crows … reminding me how we fell in love with New Mexico

look forward to seeing how these cloth hills and valleys become defined by stitch… like a relief carving you say so much by deciding whether to use a hard or soft edge…
