i can't post pictures. since yesterday evening. Have a help ticket in and we'll see…but it has really set me adrift. So will just wait.

Oh bother. It will right itself as usual I’m sure. Meanwhile, today I had some very bad news about a very sick friend and happened on this free session with Sharon Salzberg. Forgot how I love her teaching. She succinctly summarizes how she came to the work too. Saw her several times at Tibet house, and first met when she did workshops with Krishna Das- http://www.sharonsalzberg.com/metta-practice-loving-kindness-video/ –so, I spent an hour and a half sitting quietly with headset and listening, then meditated at the end with the video and felt quite clear. It was a good day, sunlight pouring through most of it, and i baked a wonderful Apple Brown Betty too.

You give us word pictures with every post…still, I know how much it means to you to share the photos of your life;land, goats, gifts, food, plant people, etc. so I too hope the fix will be an easy one.
