here is the weed.   How perfectly she placed herself.  How beautifully she splayed her leaves…

Wind kept moving the iris but they are coming…

this Being.  A sparrow Being.  I had kept hearing sparrow sounds so close which isn't normal for Spring….there is the one who seeks shelter from Winter in the opposite corner.  This was different and i pulled the curtain back just a small amount to look and there…there she is.  A NEST in this corner of the totally ugly awning that is useful nonetheless.  The remnant of the prayer flag and it's string incorporated in her nest.  I want to wash the window so i can take better pics of her but that might be a violation of her privacy…as it is ,  she is maybe about 18 inches from the window.  I just looked,  Wednesday,  as i write these words,  and she is there.  Sitting.  Her little button eyes wide. Sitting.

this really great shirt,  from the Thrift Store.  I'd gone to hunt for cloth for Deb Lacativa.  No dice, but this shirt is really great.  And a grey green,  sage green.  Maybe the shirt for the Art Thing.

Hello again … persistence pays (said the little green being)
And I really like the gray shirt/jacket

Oh Hooray pictures! that star basket is magic, the sparrow nest too and gosh you grow the sturdiest irises I have ever seen & I like the dog cloth with 3 legs, it works (IMHO)

Was out cutting lilacs, turning over compost, and here are your photos…why do they work during the day and go away at night is my first thought but holding the “mojo” that they will stay 24/7.
AND the folding screen: I love it, I want it but little casita too small. Want to randomly put a few little pieces of dyed scraps hither and yon cause light domes in from those screens but still, a kaleidoscope of cloth scraps would be magic!

correction although I know you are good at context: “light Comes in” not light domes but still if you put scraps of cloth randomly on the screen , then the light that shines through in places could be domed…!
