all day,  the grass blades on the right weren't   "right".  Such small subtle difference,  but when they became ok,  they were OK.

OK.

……”The light flows from their branches.
And they call again, “It’s simple,”
they say, “and you, too, have come
into the world to do this, to go easy,
to be filled with light, and to shine.” mary oliver
and quiver and bring such delight ..from grasses ..perhaps instead of the trees ..but still…gentle day grace

i feel as though i just took a trip around the sun–through the course of a 24 hour day as well as the seasons of the year. it is magnificent.

Kantha needs light. I love how the mantis slips into almost unseen in the last photo. I would very much like to touch this cloth.

    yes, unseen, as Mantis does…
i sat yesterday with the Inktense pencils poised, but did not
    make marks because of this.
Really, this is how they are…when there, really so almost
NOT there in the same moment…

What Mo said, “quivering”, exactly…during those really hot days when the light shakes near the ground. & your rock advice is very good, I still forget sometimes to let the cloth BE.
