the shelling peas are UP!   no pics today.  tomorrow.

Danielle wants a pic of me to put on the blurb that will go on the wall near the Cloths.  I worked on the words for that and they have been reduced to bare bones.  Just bones of words and i went out to see about that mirror in the chair by the Giant Sage and eeeee,  it had fallen in the wind,  the mirror Out of the frame,  lying in the Kochia  but unbroken

so i brought it all in and tied the mirror into the frame with copper wire

here it IS.  the bell.   This is IT.   This bell can be "moved" in such a way,  an easy way,  to make a single single sound.   It's just Been here,  with me for so long, like so many years,  just been here

today it has work

DSCN1667f

i need to do some work about all of it,  the waking in the night,  the wish to just sleep,  the flow of thoughts that come with the waking and i need to say that they are not "worries"…just Thoughts, just free floating thoughts that are welcome in the light of day,  but in the night…i don't need them.  I need sleep.   it's a habit,  waking to Entertain thoughts in the night.    So, this bell.  it has a beautiful true ring.

and this from Jan the dog trainer…a pic of Sunny Ray

how it is.  We exchange.  How we are different.  and we exchange,  none the less and this is a soft pic of him,  surprising from her,  he looks like a baby

the crystal healer here in Sydney uses a clear bell to bring me back to the surface towards the end of the meditation, she gives me a few minutes and then starts removing the crystals one by one, she has the biggest rose quartz that lives under the heart chakra space

Reading you in my wake up middle of the night moment is just right…I listen to your bell in my imagination, stare at Sunny Ray and let my heart melt. Next I visit the sheepdogs in France http://bobnsophie.blogspot.com/2016/04/la-signora-inglese.html
and next will be a few other bloggers until my eyes tire and the comforter calls. Earlier I had a Zen sitting across town, got back around 9, ate some noodles and slept till just a while ago. It’s quiet at this time of night here. Maybe that’s what wakes me :–>

I’m sorry you’re not sleeping better…I hear the same thing from many of the ukuladies that are in their 70+….all seem to have found different things….my own mother often talked of reading during the night when she couldn’t sleep. Is it more common as we age????

i think i sleep well enough…i sleep SOLID for 6 or 7 hours,
probably like all my life. Then i wake to pee.
there’s some more couple hours till Light….in the past, i
wanted, needed to get up then, because i would need to GO AWAY
to work soon. I think the difference now is that i no longer need to go away soon, so there’s more TIME.
so maybe it’s just learning about that additional time???
    Don’t know. Looking.
ALL the parts of my Life are important to me now, so i want to
    Know Them
