it's hard to know what to put here.  Each single page builds to the next.

"Once you come to understand, in your experience,  that you are just one life-form among many,  that you can meet the other life-forms here in moments of tremendous intimacy,  it enables one of the most wondrous of explorations possible.  To leave the human world behind,  the surface identity of the self, and swim,  only one life-form among a multitude,  deep into the metaphysical background of the world is to enter a place where we meet there as living beings,  identical in nature at the core, similar intelligences,  all given birth by Earth,  all expressed out of the Ocean of Being into form.  And in those moments of touch,  we look back at each other with luminous eyes and tell tales of the lives we have lived and the lands we have seen and speak of the commonalities of what it means to be alive on this Earth, kin, all of whom came from common ancestors long ago."

Stephen Harrod Buhner

so…here,  this red thread marks as much as we commonly acknowledge from day to day.  We know what meets our foot palms.  We know as far down as we dig to plant a seed,  deeper to plant a tree.  Down to dig a well.  Down further to some awareness of Geology,  our history.   But there is so much more and it is Inhabited,  it is  World,  same as the one we move in and more….it is SAME.  SAME world…breathing together…that far deep place,  this place of middle before Sky…..All One.

Everything except for that piece of Crazy Magic is stitched down today.  Some more stitches even have begun to the moment when i could feel it begin to become One Cloth…no longer pieces,  but One.  That feeling is exhilarating…the weight of it,  the substance of it…

all but the Crazy Magic.  I can't decide which way it is turned and maybe i can't because i haven't heard the story yet.  so it remains loose…sometimes this way,  sometimes that.

i look from a distance.  sometimes that helps.  not today.

Is the crazy cloth the slanted reddish toned cloth below the center white piece with markings? If so then I think its slanted position is just so right because it speaks to me of what lies underneath our vision. Looking at the anchoring cloth from a distance, I see an eye and that eye suggests looking deeper and so it all seems to hold together in terms of what we know of earth and what we don’t know but sense below the surface…that primordial feeling of more than meets the eye.

I love the red thread in the horizontal, it works with the Crazy Magic and the slant in that photo too with the line sloping down from L to R it bounces well with the hills

Slanted left to right, just as it is, because there is a spirit of rising to the surface.

the thread may be just to help me understand things, may not
and probably not be actually a part of the cloth, or…maybe
