they have created a Third Room.

the Flag to their Third Room.  They wanted me to take a picture.

Earlier,  when Destiny was in time out and Julian was doing something,  Tay and i were just Out.  My Brain saw something it wasn't able to identify as part of everything here…by the gate….and Tay and i approached to within less than a foot and it was a snake.  A snake.  A snake that had Come IN,  was still.  Tay and i moved closer,  inches,  and it was still.   I extended my hand and it was still Still for a mil lisecond until it turned and went back out through the fence.

i am beyond on my knees for this,  that a snake would come,  would come mid day,  would sense safety,  would sense asylum from Heat.  It was maybe 3 ft.  a young one.   I am hoping beyond hope that it returns tonight.  I have filled "bowls" with water…for it's tongue.

Beautiful children! And a happy Tay with young ‘uns to hang out with. And a refuge-seeking snake- your heart must be full.

Awake for no good reason at 3AM in NYC but a good time to visit. WOW. A room of their own! Proud architects! Happy Dog and a snake seeking shade! WOW.

A flag denotes ownership. They have made something theirs. Yay!

i found a snake in a grassy compost heap, under a layer i pulled up. i touched it’s tail and watched it disappear. garter snake. i water for it.

I don’t know how I’d feel about a snake . . . we don’t have any here. Not many things to harm you . . . just one small poisonous spider (lives at the beach but I have never seen one) and humans (MANY more wonderful than harmful).
    Every room needs a flag.

Such earned pride along with a flag of their own. Grace I love how seeing a snake can fill you with Joy! And to care enough to even think about putting out water for it. Love you Grace!

are whip snakes dangerous? I recognize that look on Tay’s face, ball in mouth. Have the kids been playing fetch with him?
