I watched it early this morning without knowing that you all were sharing it. Hearts all ’round. When I watched her face, I could feel the huge power in the enormous wings of her spirit borrowed from the horses.

i have watched again, several times today and it only becomes
more with each time…watching today her hands…her hands…
human hands, stilled by age and disease
how they had held the reigns of that horse as she JUMPED…how then, the enormous wings of spirit was shared, rider/horse
how she moved as best she could the handful of grasshay to her nose to smell again the fragrance that only grass hay has
they show the tack on the gate….that too…so sensual, the smell of tack, the leather, the movement and feel of it…i wish they’d let her touch it..
