how Light penetrates Cloth, in a window.    illuminating,   transforming,     [this,  the work of Dana] creating magic.

OR

human conception.

Alyssia had her routine gynecological check up.  Just as a precaution,  they put in a spiffy new IUD.  Just in case.  she'd had to really work at conceiving Julian.  But just in case.  you never know.

and you don't.

She went off all  "tuned up"  to spend a weekend with her lover.

As i have said before,  the women that we are in this family are not strangers to abortion.  These have been intense weeks.   But a Soul in its just going ness has found its way through and in the end of much deliberation will

Come.

We will welcome a new human being to this world,  as it is,   in this time.

    The magician, the tree, this particular cloth – I think, because this is how I think, that this cloth told what was coming…she who sleeps under a tree, holding a banner; flying the colors of family? Beneath that tree, roots deep not seen but holding. All I know is that I have kept coming to this cloth but had no words until your news. When I think of your familia, I see a circle, standing strong with arms out-stretched in love and welcome. A circle that knows it can be hard, this standing and facing what comes, especially now as our world is so vulnerable.A circle that also knows that Love is all we have, unconditional and strong; it is how we just go, with Love.

    yes….a human being has been conceived. All during the
    deliberation of whether or not to continue the pregnancy,
    we talked about how going forward went so much further
    than a
    baby
    how it committed to so much more…a human being.
    and again, i think that it’s not a broken world, as much
    as it is a turning point for Humanity….broken Humanity…
    we are being asked to evolve

    My heart is filled with the blessings your family is embracing…and the process, the discernment, all a most lovely piece of your extended family. Love the piece…and like Marty wrote, there has been something of a story trying to come to me as I looked, enlarged, studied and fell into the depth of the cloth. All good awaits, with every step just going along. The metaphors of life find their way into the cloth, into the sketches, into the dreams, into the stitches…we are all just going, in the mist of so much high energy, negative energy….stay with the flow, is m,y mantra as I focus on the not allowing of sinking into places that are unwelcoming to me.
    Love the words…the stories unfolding, the cloth making, every one speaking a piece of the novel being written.

    after taking care of babies for years, I am always amazed that people just see conception as a baby. your words of considering more than that.. of a life and a human being. Babies are babies for such a short time and then they become another person in your life. I have seen so many people surprised by that. It is good to consider it all.
