O K.  Last week of November.  ie: monday or tuesday after thanksgiving?  No DAY yet,

but time Frame.  Last week of November.  

If there can be enough Drivers amassed,  we will ALL go straight through.   We will arrive together.  Which to me, means me and my herd.  of Which i am part.  The ultimate Best.  That i can be there when they all  Set Foot.  I can call them out,  with that milking bucket with pellets rattling,  be the Thing they know,  the thing familiar,  in a foreign land.  This is my Hope.

In this moment,  dusk,  it's become Real.  We are going.  ok.  and more ok.  I am wide eyed.

    May the wood you knock on be alligator juniper and may you all have safe travels. You will be heading for CA the Mon or Tues after Thanksgiving and we will be returning from CA to New Mexico on those days after time spent in CA with our children and grandchildren. Safe journey to us all and for all of you as you reach your Hill, Safe Home, as the Irish say at journey’s end.

    Yes…it’s US. No one left behind. It might take a while
    to get stuff set up, i don’t know.
    But in the meantime, i have addresses…like US Mail…can
    send postcards. I love the thought…
    OR maybe i can to to the local library and use their computers?
    I don’t know…there’s a LOT i don’t know, but it WILL go
    forward and soon enough, will be just ok.

    Pinned to my third floor in a cold rain after a day of medical appointments enormously grateful for heat, soup and a bed with the comforter and a heat pad…visions of a desert caravan, bleeting goats, cat and dog in cozy communion and the laughter of loving leading the way will trundle onward until the sacred hill appears. Thrilling.

    it’s Real. for sure.
    Alyssia is supposed to set up a PO Box in both our names
    BEFORE i leave…so, like soon.
    I need that for forwarding bills from here.

    it’s quite the “thought”…that image of the Hill…
    imagining coming up that road that they have told me about,
    the small dirt/gravel road that branches off Old Olive Hwy
    that just a short distance, there is the turn off, onto
    the entrance to the Hill land….and then we go UP and
    we are there, mostly now, the Goat Forest.

    Having been a mostly an on-line hiatus,I am overjoyed to be reading this going post. What adventures and delights lie on the road ahead.
