This language can also stop you in your tracks when it emerges in cloth; how the markings from whatever has been used in a foraged bundle, reveal themselves sometimes immediately in story form- other times, slowly coming to the forefront as you sit and hold the cloth and immerse yourself into what may come…I have often been startled at how when I need an image to help me process life situations, it often appears in my cloths.This is one of the most intense gifts that I receive from working with dyeing cloth.

They are all right on.
