pacific gas and electric PG&E, the huge utility company, has, in response to the Camp Fire of last year, gone forward with it's plan to cut electricity during periods of high fire risk when weather conditions of heat, lo humidity and WIND present. This would be now. They shut down part of Butte County. Will restore it maybe tomorrow. All that this meant to me here on this Hill was again, a Dark Night. Dark. Completely Dark. No vague glow from the distance. Just Night. It's very Beauty Full.
