had a multimillion dollar camera.  Had,  laughing,  the best of the Typepad applications instead of middle of the road….  I would show you this one Leaf in a zillion different poses,  the slant of light,  different times of day,  near a Rock,  amidst twigs,  in a child's hand and on and on.  Just this one Leaf that Emrie and i chanced to find on top of the gravel pile along the Road Up.  It's breezy.  Maybe moments later it wouldn't even have been there…would have blown off into the forest?,  but we were Lucky.  We say that to eachother and together…"We are so Lucky".

And Our Beth,  of Still Life Pond.

Beth fell on September 5.  Fractured Vertabrae,  both lower arm bones broken at the wrist.  In a body brace and wrist cast following reconstructive surgery.   There has been subsequent concern that there is compression at the fracture.  A MRI in a couple weeks.   She remains in rehab,  learning how to use a cane and there is little to no internet.  Stranded.  Whatever way you pray or send vibes…all are welcome

Beth, holding you in intention and sending you healing thoughts and a gentle hug. I’ve added your name to my daily blessing ritual. Mending bones takes time but I do hope that your healing goes gently, if possible. I’ve lit a beeswax candle and placed a piece of raw turquoise rock, found near Sandia Mountain, not far from my home here in New Mexico. Native Americans believe that turquoise stands for water and for sky, for bountiful harvests, health and protection.
Also I do hope that you have your wonderful pennant that you made for Mo’s “I Dream of a World Where Love is the Answer” with you. From the first that I saw your Tree of Life pennant on Mo’s blog then in the catalog, it has called to me for it so strongly shows love of our earth. It quietly and stunningly vibrates with beauty, with calm, with a deep sense of earth magic and most of all, with Spirit, Spirit that reaches out and in its own way provides such a strong sense of holding and healing…And in case, anyone hasn’t seen Beth’s amazing pennant, here it is:

Blessings, Beth, from one who is in the midst of the healing process too. Breathe slowly, eat well, rest, and be kind to yourself. :Big Hug:

I am taken aback every time I notice something and think It was meant to have me here at this second just to witness. I would love to see you and Emrie’s leaf in all its glorious poses! Added my healing vibes to Beth, may she heal well and fast. I was driving yesterday on a country road and rounded a bend to witness a bald eagle and a buzzard sharing a meal of road kill possum. I mourned for the possum’s fate and thanked the order of things that the two birds were there to clean up the mess that a human and it’s technology brought on.
