My fingers are bothering me. Hard to hold a needle. Especially my right index finger. It’s getting colder each day here in Maine but the color on the leaves is glorious. Especially the witch hazel leaves.

this last batch of alfalfa…it’s the big 3 string bales and was somehow really compressed in baling process…tight and in pulling it apart, caused something in thumb wrist.
Whenever anything like that happens, i back off…i NEED
    to be functional.
    Arnica worked.

love the symphony of greens and the light blue circles the best. The oaks here are beginning to shed their leaves. They are always the last of the hardwoods to pull their energy back to their trunks. Today i practiced standing among leafless trees until sadness turned to acceptance of this particular way in which the yearly wheel turns. It took awhile but the turning point was sincere.
feel your relief to gain a stronger sense of ballast and creative nourishment.
