looking for more for the brother.   This…from SO LONG AGO….a workshop with Glennis on use of Colorhue.  When was that?  12 years?   I have hardly used any of this….it was a magic trick somehow that i was able to get BLACK and this dark…i remember so little,  but something about combining Eggplant with something else.   He might like this….a piece of it.

came across this.   Would have been the Mexican Elderberry,  New Mexico.  Would love to make a Cloth with this.  Looked at it off and on today as it hung on the cloth wall.   So many stories in it.   But they will need to stay in my imagination.  is 13×32.  Have no wall for such a large Cloth.

will send him this….and he will promise to return…   But i think he will find it interesting and maybe those in his sewing circle might too….they are a Zen Sangha.   This goes back too….somewhere around Jude's 21st Century Rags online workshop.  A treasure and one of the few books i keep  here in this House.

true Love.    don't know where the one i began from a very worn heavy duty hooded sweatshirt might be or have gone.

I have never seen this book but will try to find a copy for myself. It is how I feel about my old pants, camp shirts and my two sweaters. Mended. Patched. Worn thin. But loved. So much. With me to the end of my time here.

I saw that exhibit in Portland. 2011 so long ago. I got up that morning and no one wanted to go so I drove to Portland and back same day. It was worth it! An amazing exhibit. I stayed in the room for so long taking it in. Thanks for reminding me. Your brother will love it.
