and then.   At B garden…the Borage,  this years Borage from seed.    Blooms beginning….I think,  Borage…Courage

today was Shopping day….for Alyssia and i stay at her house in town with Emrie and when she got back,  we left again so i could put gas in the Truck.     You can imagine from this how much gas i've used in the last 3 months,  4?     But we went together so i could watch her protocol.   We stopped first at the Post  Office.  My  BeLovEd Post Office and there was ONE person coming out beside Alyssia with a mask.   One.    On to Lakeside Gas and Grocery,  my Place that i found to anchor me when i arrived here in California 3 years ago now,  my BeLovEd lakeside grocery and it was the usual Bizzy hub of shopping,  food,  propane,  gas,  and NO ONE.    NO ONE beside Alyssia honored with a mask.  NO ONE.  Zero.   Northern  California,  USA.   ZERO.

sounds about right … my relatives out there are appalled at how willingly we’ve knuckled under. There’s no other way they’re inclined to parse it.
perspective is so power-full in this bizarro world

It is so crazy! I really can’t believe we are still talking about masks after all this time. I want to scream stories like this one:
    https://abc7.com/health/ie-man-posts-regret-over-attending-party-dies-next-day-of-covid-19/6291796/
I still have only walked around the block and gone to the doc when I was sick.
On a good note…there is nothing like a tomato right from the garden!

There is a massive small town political ‘war’ over the masks in the place where I live. Am equally aghast and bewildered.
how the hell did the alleged greatest country on earth reach this place where common sense is a political issue?

I just do not get it .. WHY??? Why are people so resistant it is such a simple thing. My God you would think we were all be asked to walk around naked. I just don’t get it .. it just breaks my heart.
I didn’t realize how much I miss having tomato plants .. next year for sure.

is your Grapefruit still in the pot? if so get it in the ground & give it some food as the yellowing of the older leaves can be a sign of nitrogen deficiency, citrus are greedy & enjoy being fed every season, also check to make sure the plant is not root bound when you knock it out of the pot as circling roots can confuse & strangle the plant, those yellowing leaves are a sign that the plant is not happy.

Yes, it makes one wonder. Now there are stories of young people having covid parties betting who will get the virus! Insanity!

I’m back to staying home. Mask at all times in public. Don’t really
think this is over yet. Take care.
