Morning and i sat down here at Wall Garden  letting the hose flow.  I read.   And felt my body open,  expand,  the space  over my heart,  the bones there,  opening and moving apart   after all the constricted grip,  the first time in so many months     I look at her face.  Her smile.   and i look at her eyes.   Her eyes are True.   I ask John Lewis the small tree,   What say you?   He says she will cause Good Trouble.

i would,  if i could,  have AOC.   it's not her time yet.   But maybe it's the best we can do to have a bridge.  and so,  OK.  OK enough.  Now we will see what we are all made of.  We are going to find out.

i adore AOC’s eloquence. And her absolute mastery of shaming those who would shame her. hoping to live long enough to see her hit her stride…

her voice catching as she said the words “for the people” … how that means so much to her, something that moves her even as many times as she has said it

Possibility’s .. just thinking in those terms bring back HOPE. I like when you post picture that lets us see what you see everyday.

What a pretty place to read, or just have a good morning, Grace. The blue of the sky and the green of the trees in your photo is one of my favorite childhood memories. Summers spent in Palo Alto with all my favorite relatives. Blue blue sky, and green green trees. Swimming pools, and bicycling. (I ended up moving there when I was 19, after a particularly wet winter in Portland.)
