i try. Try to work OutSide on this close table, on the table in the forest, but….Goats come. Jump. Climb. Interfere. Goats. it's a Goat World here. is just how it is. All the elder Goats had forgotten jumping On but the two young ones reminded them and they are enjoying remembering and Doing.
It would be grand to have a big porch protected from goats and attached in such a way is it might be easily detached. Within-a double door size table. I’m dreaming it for you.

The goats are keeping the ground very free from fire starting debris. Its almost as though they are raking the forest.

Did you have any luck in milking the momma goat? Making cheese? You have never said- or did and I missed it. I know that was your goal.

right here, in this pic, it’s dust from them spending
so much time back and forth. Was, actually, still is
the top of the road up. Gravel. They have worn down some of the little hill here with their activity. I need to
rock that up…discourage them. Beyond the road, grass and other small plants will appear as soon as Rain comes.

that was a Fail. I didn’t even try. She has been
such an interesting mother and the fact that we Kept
them. Ordinarily, the kids would be sold.
I couldn’t deal with separating them each eve. Milking
early early EARLY AM. a real Fail on my part.

i could. I might. The table has things…seeds, strings, oils, tools, all the gardening stuff. Would need to clear that off.

creek is a flowing canal from the Fish Hatchery at
Oroville Dam. It flows FAST and COLD year round. Is easy to cool off in, just now so easy to spend time in….it’s deep and there’s no “shore”, “bank”. You are either IN
or Out.
