i have found the person i have hoped existed.   VIA   Erica Heilman.    rumblestripvermont.com   her most recent….police log  Don't Park too Close.      Scott Carrier  read the police log.   and i go to  Scott Carrier   homebrave.com   Home of  the Brave  and i have FOUND the person i hoped would exist.

He exists.

i can pretend.   I can pretend he might come here.   Hang out.   Use this Hill as a base camp  for what he is doing.   I imagine it to be a project about people who live with  FIRE.   It might interest him.  and maybe even,  he might be interested in old women who live fire quite by accident….were not planning to but do….?   

i imagine him here.   Down in the old Doe Forest…as i turned on the water,  i would see his form there.   At this tree that he particularly likes.    He is just here.     often we don't talk at all.   sometimes we do….he asks me questions  and i answer.   Slowly.  CAREfull ly ,  his questions tell me what i want to know.

i talked with my son.   a seed planted.  Within a year ,  give or take,   he,  his daughter who is 8 this year,  Giana,  he..her…me…Emrie and Julian if he wants to….,    OREGON….the Nestucca river…that emptys out at Pacific City.  Siuslaw National Forest.   We will go.  Fish for steelhead trout.  Some days.  Me, Emrie and Julian if he wants to…them….
