Beautiful, yes the words too. The thought of clothing that is part of your morning. You could sew a channel of fabric on top of the elastic that a draw string could be run through…

Lovely, flowing, made for dancing to honor the land, to honor the day, to honor, simply life…I would adorn myself, especially in the one that looks to have bursts of green on my screen, the one on the left,and twirl,and leap and move across the land, feeling quiet joy for the rising of the sun, the start of a new day…probably would look for some leaves and herbs, maybe some blossoms, to weave into a wreath to place on my head and the wreath would have torn strips from my dyed cloths affixed to it so as I dance, they would fly about in happiness, giving thanks for the foraged gifts from the land that provides me with my kind of alchemy…

Deb G: You beat me to it – yay you! that was my first thought, especially if hand sewing, or fabric belt-loops, narrow or wide. another idea: buttonholes or grommets (think that’s the name).
I have a sewing machine (several, ahem) and if you would like, I could sew a new band or whatever…
