you have noticed.   I am repeating self here,  a lot,  lately,  repeating images.   I need to do this.  Want to.   Some Things i can feel are falling into place,  just behind my conscious Knowing.    So…as a journal entry,  i say to this journal….I am aware.   I am "following instruction"  to Repeat.   I wish i knew how to switch over to italics.    it would be nice to write that sentence in neon blue italics.

here,  Tree Woman and the Crow….images go back to Michigan.   30 years.   The cloth strip on the side…all is securely stitched in place with Jude's invisible baste that she calls Glue Stitch.    There is no backing.    Just this thin cloth.  These scraps.    Time now to decide about the EYE.   Which is also repeating.  The eye.   

And more repeat.   On Being.   where once a month or so will be devoted to The Future of Hope.   Today.  i wrote two fragments down…"widening our aperture so we can see  [reality]"        "I will do things for no good reason and i will love it."  both quotes of Kate Bowler.

    on being … how I have listened once or twice, but was frustrated at not being able to hear it well … and now, new hearing aids that can deliver sound, podcasts and music and on and on … directly into my ears, where I can, finally, really hear them
    and now I am thinking how wonderful this could be, to hear these things as I stitch … which I haven’t been doing, for reasons that elude me … but it is past time to get back to creating

    Looking repeating wrapping myself in memories… create and recreate.. so fulfilling! I took pictures of all my Stuff including stitching so the memories can travel with me. I have art pieces from You, Jude, and Hazel and Michelle in my van that travel with me.

    Intentional repetition . . . I probably repeat often, but not with intent . . .Interesting how intent can make something so different. I really like the idea of repetition “widening our aperture so we can see [reality]”
    If you don’t have an italic button to click on, I think if you just bracket the words you want italicized with i and /i, each inside pointy brackets <>, that will give you italics. (We’ll see how it works here on the word “think.” Doesn’t show in my preview. :^( )

    a month or so ago, after 70 some years of using Qtips after washing my hair, yes i know….but i thought somehow i Could and was kind of NEEDING to use them….
    my “good ear” became worse than my “bad ear” that had been
    muffled for a long time.
    Alyssia, dear one that she is, ordered all these ear
    cleaning things and we did as instructed for about 3 weeks and finally….both ears are my good ears.
    But i thought of you a lot during that not good time…how
    distracting it was but also, for me, distancing from the happenings around me. was very strange.
    am so glad to know that things have lightened for you…
    listening to the peoples voices makes such a difference

    I too think of “gypsy” as a positive word, but your comment made me wonder what they prefer to be called themselves … and yes, some do prefer the word gypsy, but also Roma or Romani, which refer to a specific group of people (for much, much more see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Names_of_the_Romani_people) … and within that article, the alternative “travelers”
