back.  into the manila folders.    Slow this time and here.   Took this pic of a printout from back in N Mex,  my beloved printer.  This Cloth went to Peggy McG       it was so much one of a kind   and when i see it today,  i see what i wanted to know,   but had no way to KNOW what i wanted to know.   How it relates to the pieces of the Cloth that is holding my attention today. about the Dreamer and the Dreamed.   i look at the stick.   Salt Cedar.   so so New Mexico.   No salt cedar here.   But maybe,  down at the canal creek,  the river willow?

today there is such tenderness for All Things.  All of it/them.   even the difficult.

I remember how excited I was to receive this beautiful cloth and the stick!! Such a bonus!! It is still intact and hangs in my van.. on those little 3m pull the tab to remove sticky hooks. One day a huge wind swept through the van because I had opened the back doors and the sliding side door was open.. whoosh!! all the art cloths flew out off the wall.. and out the back doors.. the stick survived!! Not broken. I was able to recover them all thank goodness.. Now I am much more careful!!

salt cedar is indestructible. I love that the WIND broke them free
