more of the same.   There are 8 containers filled of mix soil and this manure/straw.    Snap peas.   We are all big on stir fry.   3 of the containers have been growing for a while.  Blossoms really coming on.

i opened the packet,  held to my hand and

these

my heart skipped a beat.   I hadn't felt the pkt….was not expecting these so large and so elegant in their delicate wrappings,  tissue thin but totally perfectly in tact.     The size of a large garden pea.   Dwarf Moringa.    Perennial.   I don't even know what to say.  They are otherworldly.

    Otherworldly indeed but grounded in that they are loaded with about 18 antioxidants in the leaves…did I know about dwarf Moringa? No so of course I looked it up in the catalog and found that this is a tree from India. One caveat, roots are poisonous…there are simply so many wonderful plants, trees, seeds to learn about that it would take a lifetime and at my age, (74) I can’t think of a happier way to spend some time…

    Dwarf moringa! I didn’t know anything about it, but like Marti, I looked it up. An amazing plant. And the seeds are amazing, resting in their paper covers.

    i cannot get over the Beauty of the seeds. It takes me back again, to when my kids would ask about God. Is there God?
    and i could answer…
    There is Some Thing. SomeThing brilliant and Amazing that loves things, that loves in an amazing way.
    Otherwise…Why?, all the variation of butterfly, bird, sea creature, plant, flower? If not a Thing that Loves, Why all this,?, why not just brown or a plain blue, green? Why all the crazy variation?
