I know how you have considered this during wildfire season: what you would take if you had to leave, what you would do if there was nothing left to return to … what is unimaginable to me is how one person can intentionally inflict this kind of loss on another person … and as I look at hundreds and thousands of Ukrainian civilians who are injured and/or fleeing, the depth of cruelty on such a large scale is truly beyond comprehension
