one of the two Old hoodies.   Been in the laundry bag since fall i guess,   so like seeing an old friend.   Some of the threads have worn away or somehow disappeared.   Metta.   Stitched either just before i came here or just after?   i think before,  but not sure.  They seem like such small thoughts  in the context that has risen up in these  last years.

small thoughts in the context

but nonetheless,    honest.   nonetheless what i would wish for Every One.   some how.   all of us.    mostly…safe.   beyond that, the rest would be on each of us,   but the safe….on All of Us.   Safe.

I learned metta from you … stitched it in cloth, where it now lives on the arm of my stitching chair …
the two Justins in Tennessee … trying so hard in their own way to help others to be safe … how their voices have been amplified … may they be heard

Finally with help from Marti I was able to listen to What Class Am I .. i could have listened to people’s stories all day long. Thank you Grace and Marti! Like Liz it was you Grace that introduced me to Metta .. Liz I love the idea of stitching its words. Would love to see how you stitched it. Woke up to 3 robins in my front yard .. another wonderful sign that soon things will be turning green again.

Grace~ I’m one that you introduced Metta too as well. Sometimes I forget these words or make up my own, as is my way…but always from the heart. I like the idea of stitching it right on your sweatshirt…like tattooed on clothing. I may try this, so I can keep it with me in a different way.
