a new Palestinian restaurant in Cbico,  near the Feed Store.  We'd read the write up on Face Book a little while ago.  Alyssia got take out.   she had me on phone for the order and sent pics on Message while waiting.   I asked if all the Beauty was for Eid.   no,  just the small strings of moons and mosques….otherwise,   as Alyssia put it    "She had a Vision".

who can not Love this?????

How beautiful to walk into all of that color and feel so welcomed. I know Turkish food but not Palestinian. I’m sure there must be similar foods. Could you tell what you ate…

Oh my, wouldn’t it just be wonderful to sit down and “break bread” with friends old and/or new, in this marvelous space? Alyssia’s description “She had a vision” certainly show in these photos. Is this wonderfully welcoming place by any chance called Sofi’z?

    i’ll see if A has a menue
i did my “little sleep” nap after a morning of leftovers.
Woke after the 20 minutes, just lying there, looking out the door to the sunny world and i could smell the food on my lips, my fingers….the scent of it, smell of it. was of a different country and Place, the smell had visuals and sounds. is
    authentic
    not american with spices.
    food from a different country.

and she is dressed in her native things. there was a young man, the jist was acclimating to a new job. He spoke spanish, Alyssia said, some other spanish, not mexican
so, and he and she were talking through Google Translate. He woud ask her questions and then her answers would translate for him and he woud go off and do his new job.

No need to get menu, thanks to LaceLady and you confirming, I went to the website and looked at the menu. Surprised to see that I have eaten some of this glorious food, Peri Peri chicken and a similar Biryani…at a feast for the eyes and taste buds.
