    metta is stitched into cloth pinned to the right arm of my stitching chair … and it occurs to me that everything flows from the first invocation … may all be safe … people, creatures, and our one precious planet

    Have been trying to keep Metta with me, have it grow strong within, into a part of me. Perhaps stitching it somewhere will gel it into place.
