found. I used to grow these. Maybe i could again? about 2" tall, l and a half wide. I used to paint them….sell them at the Flea Market in Albuquerque. There's something about them. I could put them here and there on this hill…..maybe great homes for spiders?
…and with a small ‘peg’ – a great home for birds 🙂
We went to a gourd farm once and J. once painted one and gave it to a friend. There is really something magical about them.
Oh and also, I just found my photos from a weavers convention…there was a woven gourd in there. I always meant to do that. xo

i grew all different kinds for a couple years. I’ll try again. woven gourd…i think of Oriole nests
