they're here.
Uno and Dos.
the lizards at Jack's gate tree.
Friends.
we began our third year together.

Lizards returning to the bridge too. There is a comfort in that.

I miss my dye pot guardian, a little lizard, that for some reason, whenever I had windfall in my copper pot, and would bundle and then solar dye, would show uo on the wall by the pot and watch. This dye station, in our other New Mexico home, was set up in our backyard, in the sun. My dye station, in this location, is not set up in the backyard because it is surrounded by a chain link fence and does not at all feel private. Instead, it is set up in a nook in the front of our apartment and is very shady. I have not seen any lizards out front and I guess it is because I think that lizards must prefer sun to shade.

lizards ~ how marvelous is that! The spring peepers are here, and earthworms, spring is around the corner, spring equinox in about 3 weeks! A rare planet alignment showing beautifully in clear skies for a few days ~ wondrous. Joy-full days to all how gather here!
