Puppy doesn't like a lot of things,  one of which is having her picture taken.   i think this was 10x.  if you tap it to enlarge,  it appears as an oil painting to me and with that came the scent of  linseed oil,  memory of days gone by,  those oil paintings on the gourds,  the maskFaces of the fiber figures,  their hands          things i would like to experience again,  if there were time

thank you Puppy

Puppy looks disgruntled. I see what you mean about the way it looks enlarged, very much like a painting.

Interesting how the slight lack of definition or blurring of focus can look so much like a painting. Tortoiseshell or tortoiseshell tabby cats are so notorious for their attitudes there is even a term: tortitude. I used to live with one who also did not like a lot of things. Sometimes I couldn’t even touch her. Other times she would firmly demand to sit on a lap and be petted.

It does look like a painting!
PS Yay! I can comment tonight (not that I have anything stellar to add). I’ve been having troubles lately.
    But, I’m always here. xo

Hah! Tortitude…that’s perfect. When my mother worked at the Post Office they had a calico cat (back when such things happened) who would lounge in the corner of the counter and dare you to approach. I think Puppy just doesn’t liked been seen. Great self-defense mechanism, even for one so fully camouflaged.

Puppy is one special cat! Good to see her, even from a distance.
