in the last week or so…maybe a dozen blossoms. Will there be time for fruit? Probably not, but…who knows

Is that eggplant or a pepper? Maybe extra water will hurry it along?

It’s still in a pot? Technically pepper plants are perennials if frost doesn’t kill them. I have a few that I bring inside over the winter and have kept them going for a few years, even growing small peppers over the winter. I know you don’t have much room inside, but in your climate you might be able to protect it from night frost for a while even if you can’t bring it in overnight.
