002this is the workroom after over a week of disruption in how things usually are…sometimes no water, sometimes no electricity, sometimes neither.  i think it's over.  and i think i have decided to try to bring the old blog over here.

ohhhhhhh, so glad you see this!!!!!
i almost threw up with anxiety…..but once again
    I DID IT!!!!!
you go to the typepad HELP thingy and look down the
    options for import blog
    then import from blogspot
and it gives you great instructions from there.
the only part that was hard was what is always hard for
me…finding where the file is ….. i never have a clue
where to look and just click click click until suddenly
i find it somehow. makes me a nervous wreck. i’m always
afraid the computer will just go up in flames or something. i am a very primitive soul in so many ways.
    anyway….YES!!!!! i did do it!
it just will be easier this way.
OK. i am going to just sit for a minute and breathe.

breathe and send me your address by email.
i never know where files are either and I am the one that is always teaching my friends.
at work i am even a superuser which means i teach all the other people how to do new things.
kind of joke if they knew how little i know..

Grace! i absolutely love that globe hanging, possibly spinning
about! somewhere i have a huge National Geographic world map
i saved from my teaching days. … always thought of gluing to
    a wall in my home….
i hope things are getting back into order for you.
One can see that THINGS ARE HAPPENING in this room!

yes…i was undaunted (sorta) (some of the time)…i
stitched in a corner yesterday as the electrician
figured out what happened to all the electricity.
i love the globe too…the string is held inplace with
an old piece of bone (of the dogs) that i stuck
through the hole. and in my dream the other night
someone had afixed a HUGE map of the world to the
ceiling of that dream place…HUGE…full ceiling size,
    like 14X16ft!
yes. i think a little equilibrium has been restored!

Grace, Here you are…I was wondering why you weren’t putting up photos in CWB. Glad you’re ok and your workroom looks busy-and
that you have electricity once more.

ok. in response to judykeathley’s comment.
i think i will start telling You my dreams.
if there is anyone “out there” who does dream stuff…well…
    but, for whatever reason,
    something judy said
    has
    caused this.
hold her accountable for what might come.
    i have
    really odd and dumb dreams.

Yes dreams, please. You know there’s a community in Africa
that share dreams each morning. It’s an honor of sorts to
be the recipient of dream stories. Usually I ask for a dream each night to show me something I can’t see with my
eyes. And I started another blog. Maybe share dreams too?

Grace, at first you sounded to me like a “newbie” in the class, but you have been whispering cloths since last year, saw your artwork in your archives and all are beautiful pieces, great composition which I’m lacking!!!

Herm..i AM new to this cloth. not even a year. i have
done other things before this but never this and it
has opened an entirely new universe for me.
and lacking…i don’t think so. i see such harmony
    in your work…
we each have certain propensities, i think…and you
for sure have yours. it’s strong.
the greatest thing we have in common is
    jude
she touches what is in each of us, and it blooms.
thank you, tho, for looking at the old blog. i’d thought
i would just begin anew, but then i missed some things.
bringing it over felt good. again..
thank you so much for looking.
and we just go forward in our sisterhood of the cloth
    from here

you are right, each of us have their own, in my case is the Mexican in me haha strong colors, strong character, but I want to get “loose” and not be perfect, my problem was the education with nuns in my early years and they wanted perfection in sewing, embroidery, etc. and stayed with me and at this old age, it is late to change my dear! I would love to continue with Jude and all of you learning from each other. I’m a follower of yours in this blog!

Herm…late to change, but it is already happening.
your jacket will be your new you….
ahh, nuns. so many people seem to have nuns muttering
directions in their ears after so many years have past.
well…we are now sisters of a different cloth.
