more of that invisible stitching on daughter cloth

outside to chunk up the potatoe patch some, beginning to work in the compost/manure

looking over my shoulder at the scraps of stuff that i pin to the wall and two wanted to be together.  then, they wanted a third.  ok.      the Moth is just a scrap corner of a blouse that has been floating from place to place for  about a year, got pinned to the wall maybe a  month ago.  but i've always seen it as a Moth.  soon as it's moon drys,  i'll stitch them together, see what that feels like

002

i want to make a        lot         of small   Butterfly and Moth pieces i'm thinking                  and then some variations of   First Bird   that black bird that shows up in my cloths.   not crow or raven, but the bird that signals the coming of the Sun in the morning…when all is dark still.  i don't know who this bird is.  speaks one single note  with long pauses inbetween

Grace, so much has appeared here since I left-I’m digesting slowly and marvelling, and watching
and things are shifting and changing over here too
and I’m searching for a moment to pause and breathe
    hey
    hug hug hug

you and jude both have such gorgeous elemental pieces up today. i like your words about cloths that want to be together-that cloths have a relationship with each other.

cindy…i so much want to surrender to this
to let it be what it wants to be
and i know you understand that, Know that, because it’s in you too
and i “think” peacefulness to you all the time, because you are
in the midst of things that want to be together with you at your
time in life. do not be daunted. it’s all unfolding

grace, my eyes are welling…thank you.
during this last busy week, not using the computer much, i missed you…you have become a touchstone. hope that’s not too much.
i do love my life, there’s just too much & not enough all at once. but it is just a piece of my time…i’m getting better at remembering that.

no, cindy. not too much. you are a touchstone for me. we are
that for one another, if we are lucky enough.
i remember being where you are in my own life and i just want
you to hold on, to not get discouraged. time will come. it’s ok.
