look what has finally,  f i n a l l y,  happened!!!!!!!!!!!

all the stitching , the basic invisible baste, is now complete!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  it is ONE CLOTH.  just want to put it here to convince myself it is really true.   i will come back later and write more.  this is just such a glorious moment.

    Wow! forgot you wove this whole piece until I looked at it close up. Quite the accomplishment. The center works well into our star,sun,moon whisperer. Awesome, be sure to date and sign as it is truly a heirloom.

    i just realized how big i could get the second picture. all those stitches!!! my oh my… that was all woven behind the stitches, right? yikes thats a lot of stitches… and each one was thoughtfully done… oh grace!

    yes. woven. this to me is the, THE, thing. strips,
    thin strips of discarded cloth
    this for me is the best best thing.
    and isn’t it amazing, that here we are with S M and Sts
    just at this moment in time……..
