mo…it’s not in my hands and can’t be yet, till i am
alone again. these stitches, how many, i am going to go
count them right now…wait here…..
ok…29 stitches and 4 thread beads were sewn with it
hanging on the wall where it’s been for over a month…
i stood on the “company bed” to stitch them, the threads
are hanging on the back other side, waiting……LikeLike

oh Grace stitching standing on the “company bed”!!! you have taken on a lot this year & that’s life so x fingers things will settle towards winter & the cloth will be in your hands again very soon! you know I have to draw (& stitch too these days) every day or I get sick (both physically and especially mentally) so since 1999 I have woken up at 2am every day to have that quiet time before work and without any distractions, it’s radical but it works for me and I do need afternoon naps if I want to socialize in these evenings or go to Old man Crow’s gigs, often he is just getting in as I am waking up!

I love the “detail” of the comet’s tail…. it seems to tell of other vistas, another universe….
