49 gentle Wind, maybe he is tired.

and this morning i looked at an all "new" Wall.  i'd thought i had been doing "nothing".  but saw this morning that it just had been in "that other way"…that is not conscious, but continuing, nonetheless

i put the megamendung woman over one of the strips of noil that i had tea dyed.  there was a resounding YES.  but it was too narrow.

but, Look…this beautiful tea dye….just there….

and then the dark shadowed piece that's found itself on the wall for a while…waiting

and another resounding YES!

but back to the Megamendung woman….

she does need her own piece.  more tea dye.  it's wet here.  will dry lighter.  but this is good.  Very Very Good.

and the Iris.  between the day of WIND and then temperature dropping to close to freezing overnight, well…a little wear and tear, but still…an honorable bloom.

    those are perfect words..comforting and strong…yes. tea cloth.
    and i just hung it behind her…the smell of tea and the cloth
    is intoxicating, really.

    yes yes to the grey square on the tea cloth and love the chair shadow too,like having a conversation with one’s shadow self or imaginary friend

    Hi Grace, I LOVE your Megamendung Woman with Goat, and really like the blue background too. What about adding two sections to the side, tea dyed piece at bottom right and someting else on top of it. Give her a little more space to think. Ofcourse You actually being their in her presence, means you can ‘feel’ what really needs to be done. By the way I am ‘in lust’ with your desert piece with the lizards and crows. Reminds me a lot of the Australian desert. May I also say a big thankyou for your lovely comment on my skull piece, means a lot to me. OXOX

    well i hit the wrong key.. meant to say FINALLY i am caught up. has taken a while to sit and read here and over at white.
    have done no stitching and little weaving. some hard times have passed through and hopefully will have more time. have missed this community and you.
    love the woman with the strange eyes. you have such a great way of drawing faces.

    the Australian desert and this place are related somehow.
    i can always feel it.
    Well and your skull…it is simply astoundingly beautiful.
    i get glimpses of it in my mind without even looking at it.
    so intensly True, how it really IS. stuff in our Bones.
    just really beautiful work, beautiful understanding of how things are….it meant a LOT to me to See that
