thank you all, each single and every one of you who came to wish me well.
there were hours when there was nothing to do by lie there and wait. sometimes i didn't want to go all the way to the bedroom
so i layed on the futon couch and watched the woman on the cloth that i recently bought from Patricia.
and this late afternoon there was a shift. i went to the store for water, toilet paper and goat pellets. came home and watered
How awful to be alone while so sick.

alone isn’t always bad.. glad you had the energy to go to the store. that is a lot sometimes.

I remember being so ill I couldn’t stand up….that was the pneumonia one. I also remember a flu completely eliminating my insides, then days of languishing, and then a shift. Those illnesses felt like a cleanse of sorts, not the pleasant sort, but none the less, a cleanse. In each case, water and honey were my staples, then broth and tea, then salt crackers and dry toast, then coconut water and carrots, then fruit, and then I was well. May you be well in your own time, and may it be soon.
