the old cowboy will inch his way to the doctor appointment. it's going to be a long day. a lot of his verbalizations are lines from John Wayne movies. he has appropriated them as his own. for instance, when he sees a slight shift in the sidewalk ahead, like a crack, he stops and will say "Dangerous territory, gal".
so this morning, because you never know, i secured the little blue. invisible stitch. and also, Her. same way.
This lovely little orb almost takes on the aspect of a gazing ball –
what does she see in the swirls as she gazes, I wonder?

i hope the long day went well..and that the dangerous territories were navigated with reasonable speed..how nice for your old cowboy that someone recognizes his quotes and can take the care to move slowly.

so..to the trickster wind..good to think of the blue orb secure…and Her..in the same way..there was a gentle wind here today..and a warm sun..4 more big bags out..and then i attacked the garden..i love my garden..but it is admittedly way overgrown right now..illness has not only stolen time away..but also the hours and the steadiness of my husband who so used to always be there…and i am feeling a bit overwhelmed not by my garden..but by the garden i need to get together to sell the house…which are definitely two different things..some days i think that if i really let myself put all my lists together i would simply freeze or freak or …well none of that will happen..i am keeping the lists from knowing of each others exisitence and then
today i was going through boxes trying to sort things to take up in a few days and there was a piece of white cloth..yes i know the world and the class has moved on..reading the daily updates and the forum are truly small rewards i sprinkle through my day…but just seeing it made me so happy, so excited that i think..enough..and i put away the things that i really have to do..that have deadlines and dates attached.. and tonight if nothing else i can tear or stitch or at this point i might be totally happy just putting it in piles and looking at it…and possibly more realistically..if i fall asleep..then ihave allsorts of amazing what iff and beyond visions in my head…any of these sound like a definite good night…i hope your day has been a good one ..take care xox much

hmmm someone who recognizes his john wayne quotes..he is lucky to get you…it is well mentioned already many times but the shift of the blue orb really does change things..it has been yet another thing learned here…and i am having such a good time reading the reactions surfacing with the change.. have a good evening

was or could be, yet, he wanted to. That’s its whole thing, and we don’t or do need to go there.
and the blue orb. don’t we begin to wonder what that little blue orb is wanting? and still…i don’t know.
i really don’t know. except it is intent on being there,
intent on wanting to be LOOKED for and FOUND.
and the evening IS good. Sun has drifted to the Rim. Goats quiet. Nighthawks have begun to move. a day.
and as i typed that, one of the doe goats did the thing
of expelling air from their nostrils in a kind of snort
thing that they do that says I AM.

I lie the ambiguity of the dark pieces…are they crows? Or dark clouds stretching across an evening sky? Or something else?
And yes, the blue orb…not that large but it holds its own and adds to the balance.

The story continues… I love that the blue orb ran away from home just after you talked about removing it. And was found again (but not easily!) And I love that everyone noticed the tiny shift. Before the orb seemed like a mirror to me–requiring a certain angle of light from moon to face to mirror… But that is gone with this slight shift. Watching, watching, where this goes.

i think we will never really move on from White. i know
that i am just now tentatively moving closer to white.
i hope you tear strips. i love the sound of the tear
and the satisfaction of the giving way. this would be good.

today is the next day, Wednesday, and they are less
ambiguous now. no…they are Nighthawks. they come
here so close overhead every dusk. you can see only
somekind of movement as it darkens but still that white
flash on their wings, even in Dark. and they swoop
very low, i can sometimes hear the air in their wings

It seems to have more to do with the birds now. Such a tiny shift–but different. I need to remember that…

and in the next post…when i have put the white band
on all their wings instead of just that one…it shifted
way more to me…and i would be tempted to take the
addition of the white off…but that is now how they
are, those Nighthawks…i think it has to be this way.
