Just to say right away,  no.  I am not changing things here.  And more about that later.  Right now it's 11 something am and i am going to go sleep some.

In the middle of last night i received the call that Alz. B.,  Elizabeth Louise McIntosh had died.  So spent the rest of the night into early morning there.

and then i just finished watching the March in New York LIVE from Amy Goodman, Democracy Now and with perfect timing,  the 1/2 ton of Alfalfa was delivered.    So to sleep for a while and then get up to a different world.

I'll be back later.

Rest well, Grace, and may Alz.B. also rest in peace. Through you we will hold her in our hearts as she makes the great transition.

To Elizabeth Louise McIntosh….may you be in peace with the sound of music in your ears and heart..the music that until the last moments still reached to the depths of your soul…love to you, your son and Grace.

    (((grace)))
i will remember her enjoying music Thursdays.

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
    I am not there.
    I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that swiftly blow.
    I am the diamond glint
    on newly fallen snow.
    I am the sunlight
    on ripened grain.
I am the soft and gentle autumn rain
When you wake from sleep in the early morning hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft, starlight at night.
Do not stand at my grave and weep.
    I am not there.
    I do not sleep.
(i wish i knew who wrote this)

oh grace..thinking of the words you wrote..maybe thursday..the last music day you wrote about.
.with Alz B” trilling ” away with the celtic music…and thinking how very real she had become to me..how glad i was for her son that he had you there when he was not..to be able to trust so many small huge things…so a small quiet tapping to music here in her honor..and a restful night to you..much love

Oh Grace…so, your sleep be sweet…I feel glad to have known how it was with her for all these posts in which you shared. The music one’s were endearing.
I too…watched the magnificent Amy Goodman knowing it was better than to try to join the hundreds of thousands. I used to but now am grateful for the media instead. In the evening there was a fine poets celebration too. A full day and now I’ll rest and think of you resting and so….see you later.

The words were set to music by songwriter Geoff Stephens and the song was first performed at the 2003 Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall. It was recorded by classical singer Katherine Jenkins and released on her album Living a Dream.

Yes. Yes…i am beyond Glad i went to what turned out to be
her last Music Thursday, to be there, witness her response
to it…it held me when just 2 days later, she Let Go and
    went on her Way.
And all of Us would do well to remember this about music.
Those in our lives will be in Betty’s place sooner or later
as will we ourselves and when language can no longer serve,
    Music will. Something to remember.
    much love to you, Cynthia
